A specific form of the group coaching is team coaching 

A specific form of the group coaching is the “Team coaching” or possibly also “System coaching”. The group to be coached here usually consists of members whose functions are connected with each other in a special way, maybe complete departments or managementcommittees. They are frequently coached in an environment which is important for their behavior.

Should different persons have a common objective, they often form a team in order to reach it in cooperation. This teamwork is very effective if all participants offer their full services to this subject and contribute to the achievement of the objective with common strengths.

It is a very important part of the team coaching to get the sometimes very different personalities of the participants to bring in with their use and their whole motivation for a common objective. Here, it is important to avoid personal discrepancies and to attempt to usepersonal abilities of the single participants for the group and for the benefit of all.

Usually, the development of a team is a process starting self-continuously. If, however, it is controlled, this can contribute to a targeted improvement of the teamwork of the employees.
