The field with the tasks of a mediator can be mainly found in the area “Business to Business”.

In already long existing partnership relationships, successful business partnerships and also regarding cooperation of partners in professional contexts, it can happen again and again thatconflicts of interest, quarrels due to different opinions and problems because of different points of view develop. In all these cases there is often a great number of values, both material and non-material, which are threatened.
The mediator is supposed to help in these cases by finding a course to be accepted for all parties. He is the only person who can succeed in that since he holds a neutral position within the structure.

The use of a mediator is often the last-possible way out of a problem situation before taking legal steps. Up to now, this consultation approach has been represented by legally trained persons. More and more, however, consultants and coaches are used here who act independently. A lawyer without any specialized training like for example offered by us, often does not have the required competences for a conversation on mediation basis. There remains a certain uncertainty about how large the input of a lawyer is in a mediation, since he would probably benefit by far more from a legal dispute.

During our specialized training as the psychological coach and management coach you will learn all knowledge necessary for offering a best possible mediation which is professionally correct, characterized by neutrality and fair for all persons involved.
The most important objective is to reach a point at which all parties involved get a positive effect for themselves from mediation.

Mediators have been successfully employed for some years in the event of partners in marriage get divorced. Lawyers are often not the correct communication partner in this often emotionally characterized area, unless they have followed a specialized training as the mediator and act exclusively as such.

Assuming married couples would be legally obliged to consult a mediator before getting divorced, the financial burden of a divorce would be lower by far- let us go one step further. The divorce rate in Germany would probably sink by some percent points.
