Double-period coaching

For conflict or carrier coaching, double-period coaching is usually applied. Here one can say that the consultation of career planning is usually taken up either by persons aged about 40 or by young persons in managerial positions. For young managers in such a position for the very first time it is particularly important to get coached by a neutral consultant. In this case it is of advantage if the consultant is positioned outside of the company. The consultation often contains subjects such as difficulties but also chances to be expected on the further way of the new position. The consultation is often made use of here to clarify if the company is likely to be the correct one.

At this stage of life the question often asked again is “has that already been everything” and one must realize if a reorientation in the old company, maybe in another company as well, should be taken into consideration.
